Next CE Meeting
We have finalized Sunday, May 6, 2012, for the COGS CE meeting. Drs. Paul Ajamian and Bob Pinkert will be doing the continuation of “Managing the tough ones: Secondary Glaucomas” giving us world-class glaucoma CE. COGS is working to keep this event a valuable resource and significant savings to you. With the upcoming early registration deadline, here are some important details:

7:30a Registration and check-in
8:00a-11:00a “The Other Glaucomas” (COPE Approval pending)
11:00a-12:00p “Low Tension Glaucoma 2012” (COPE Pending)
12:00p-1:00p Lunch
1:00p-3:00p “Our Favorite Glaucoma Cases” (COPE Pending)
Dues must be current for 2012 for the May 6 CE event to be at no cost to you as a general member (see registration costs below). Dues must be sent to Dr. Jacquie Bowen to be current for the CE.
Annual dues:

CE registration is also mandatory so we can get a count for the food (registration information is attached below). Again, please send the registration form to Dr. Bowen (See Life Vision Center, 2867 35th Ave #A, Greeley, CO 80634) so we have an accurate count for the event. You MUST be current with dues to receive the discounted registration costs (below).
If you are not a current member, a COGS membership application can be downloaded from our website http://www.coloradoglaucoma.com/?page=MembershipApplication and should be sent to Dr. Hale Kell, Front Range Eye Health Center, 1220 Summit View Dr., Louisville, CO 80027 with your case and annual dues check. Do this as soon as possible so the application can be processed before the CE.
